I use Hikari scissors and I send them back to the company for sharpening, because I have had someone ruin a previous pair of mine, because he didn't know what he was doing. You can get the feather razor lots of places, I think Sallys, Cosmoprof and I'm pretty sure you can even buy it on Amazon:)
